Buy essential oil peppermint at the drugstore, buy normal vegetable oil, any kind at the supermarket.
- Blend 12-15 drops in 1 oz / 1 dl with vegetable oil.
Smear it on where you need it. Do this continously. About once an hour.

At the same time, drip 2 or 3 drops of oils in a big glass of water, keep drinking this.

Or even better soo , buy chamomile tea and put 3 drops of peppermint in the chamomile tea.
Keep doing this until all your symptoms are gone.

Or simply just buy Aloe vera drinking juice, or Aloe vera tea.
